I've had 2 repairs done here, both using OEM parts (which I had to pay the difference for--no fault to Gerber, it's Travelers "policy" not to use OEM unless others not available. I planned on taking them to court because other driver was at fault. Why should I have to pay to return it to pre-accident condition? But, in the end, it was only $350 difference.

Travelers wasn't so hot but Gerber was very satisfying. Car completed ahead of schedule and looks great (less on minor touchup to be completed down the road).
