The Lakeside experience was good however the Cottagehill location was a disaster, after sitting on the lot for 4 days and nothing being done the car was transferred to Lakeside GERBER. Excellent paint match and the car was clean when I received it.

As I mentioned on the other survey the passenger side tire was still shaking really bad when I got my vehicle back. This was one of the concerns I mentioned to them when dropping my vehicle off was that after hitting the deer I noticed that side shaking really bad. Also the tire still had the hair of the deer stuck in the rim. I had just assumed the shop would have taken that hair out to make sure it wasn’t throwing the tires weight off or to make sure there were no leaks once the hair was removed. Overall I’m just upset my tire is still shaking really bad on that side and that was a concern I expressed to them. Other than that everything else was fine and the vehicle looked really nice and clean on the inside.
