This is the 2nd time I've used a Gerber Collision center. The 1st time I thought everything went extremely well and my vehicle was very clean when I picked it up. Because my 1st experience was so good my expectations on paying attention to detail were very high. As I stated previously, the main repair seems to be good so I would try them again.

Everything they did looks good but they forgot to replace my bumper protector. I noticed it was missing the day I picked up the vehicle on 2/16/26. I immediately informed them before receiving the vehicle and was informed they would order a protector and give me a call when it comes in. I called them, 2/20/26, to check the status and was informed it would be in 2/24/26. As of 2/26/26, I haven't received a call letting me know the part was in. This is a small part of the repair process but it is still part of the process.

Any time I've communicated with them they have been very pleasant. They need to work on updating customers on matters outside of estimated time lines.
