They fix the original damaged but I found new damage done by Gerber once I picked it up also I see someone manage to rip off my bedcover brand tag ..I had to take my truck back to hopefully get the new damage fixed right this time ..it’s a 2026 Sierra Denali …so yes I’m upset and dissatisfied at the moment…

Payton L from Taylor road she’s always so cheerful and very kind with the customer not once was she rude. I also would like to add she’s very informative and speaks up for the customer. I really appreciate her 1000xx Debra the receptionist so much patience and super kind I love that woman. Evan also very informative and updated on customers needs. There was another tall guy ginger hair I believe met him once super friendly greeted me as soon as I walked in and got help from staff. I love the team honestly!

I didn't know there were so many branches of Gerber in montgomery. It was a little confusing to pickup at another location. That being said, I would still recommend Gerber to friends and family

Styles and Evan saved me lots of money by finding a passenger side mirror of the exact color from a used parts warehouse. I would certainly recommend their shop for anyone needing repairs to their vehicle. I felt that they were straightforward and honest.
