I was promptly given an estimate the work being on my car the same day I came in. They were very careful and particular about getting everything that was needed correctly cause something came in wrong and it had to be reordered which extended the work another 2 days, but when you want something done right you don’t rush and I had no problem waiting. My car was given back to me in excellent condition. I have no problems at all and would not hesitate to recommend Gerber to anyone who talks to me about a car repair. Thank you.!

You returned my car with the bumper not sealed in place and then didn't acknowledge the gap that was looking us both in the face. That plus the color stated in the beginning was black metallic instead of Caviar. I was very disappointed!

When you are a senior citizen, and your car needs repair; then you truly have to trust in the integrity and character of the business that you are trusting to make the proper repairs to your vehicle. The Gerber team was courteous, answered all my questions and gave me clarity and detail information what they were going to need to repair my vehicle. They kept me updated by cell phone in the progress and fulfilled my expectations when I arrive by going out and showing me the final results before I paid my bill and left.
