From the moment that I called to the moment that I picked up my keys and saw the amazing repair job done on my 2026 Hyundai Tucson, I was treated not just as a customer, but as a respected and important guest. Every day I received a text telling me the status of my repair. Every question I had was answered quickly, kindly, and detailed. This is my second time since 2016 that I have had work done due to an accident. This time my car had less than 6000 miles on it, which made me very upset to have to leave it. However, I knew I was leaving it in excellent hands. A special thank you to Casey who calmed me, assured me, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this amazing company.

The communication with me was terrible. They moved my truck from Yukon to Moore without telling me. I tried several times to talk to a manager for 3 days, no one returned my calls. My previous experience was great this one was very disappointing

From the first contact to the final inspection, we had stellar service. Excellent communication, with continuous updates throughout the process. We felt like our car was in great hands the whole time, as it felt like they were fixing it like they would want their personal car to be fixed. We had a brand new car before the accident and we drove away with a brand new car after the job. No one will ever know we were hit. Thank you for the excellent customer service and your expertise!

I’ve unfortunately had to have several vehicles repaired from people running into me. This time it was my 2018 GMC Canyon Denali 4 wheel drive pickup with just shy of $10,000 of damage. The folks at Gerber Collision got it on Thursday, started on it the Friday it was ready to be picked up. They did an outstanding job and it looks like I just drove it off the showroom floor! Because of some the work I’ve been involved in ( like disaster relief) I had several sets of emergency flashers on my pickup that had to be removed for the repairs. They replaced every single one and they work just like the did before the crash. These guys know their business and when they say they’re not happy until you are happy, they’re not blowing smoke. Out of the 3 or 4 vehicles they have worked on for me, I’ve never had to take any of them back for any reason. If you need a body shop, Gerber is the ONLY place I can wholeheartedly recommend.
