The receptionist was always very polite and quick to greet me each time. I was impressed by her memory of her materials and remembering who I was. Joshua was very pleasant and great at answering questions I had about the procedures they would be applying to my vehicle. I appreciated the constant contact via messaging about the status of my vehicle. The work they did was fantastic. I was stunned at how well they matched the paint and that they had even cleaned my car for me! I've never been so excited to see my car as I was today. I will be recommending Gerber for future repairs.

On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give them a 20! They fixed my car (which now looks brand new) in less time than expected. Very pleased with the results. Todd handled the estimate, managed the repair, and he sent updates almost every day. Am happy with customer service and workmanship. Highly recommend.

Everyone that interacted with me was very kind and professional. My estimator, Todd, was very upfront about expectations and timelines. Todd also took my concerns seriously, even if some came from a lack of knowledge.
