I was completely satisfied. We brought the vehicle in on the day that they told us. They gave us an estimate and explained what they were going to do. We dropped it off we were given an estimate of when it would be done. They kept in touch with us about two times a week to let us know where they were in the process. We were told it should be ready on November 14, 2025. Gerber collision did great they actually got done with it on November 13th 2025 in the afternoon. We were able to pick it up that evening. It look great They did a great job couldn’t ask for anything more thank you Gerber collision.

The customer service was great. Out car was finished when on time from the time they gave us. We had a small hiccup with a chip/ paint pull up on the front end that was fixed. Its not noticeable if your not looking for anything. And a foam strip under the cabinet wasnt fixed or replaced on the vehicle. Other than those 3 small things I would've rated thr service 10/10
