It seems like the vehicle gods continually force us to keep this location stocked with work. Between hail and other drivers we have received lots of opportunity's to work with them.

I lowered my satisfaction score to an 8 because of an oversight during my recent service experience. I explained to your employee that I wanted my left rear bumper touched up and was verbally quoted $200 to improve its appearance, or $500 to restore it completely. I agreed to the $200 service, but the employee forgot to include this work on the estimate along with the right front bumper repair thus this rear repair did not happen.

For a Google review, I’d make it tighter and more direct: Extremely disappointed with the customer service and communication at this Gerber location. I was without my vehicle for more than 10 weeks, and getting consistent updates throughout the process was incredibly frustrating. The actual repair work was very good, and the person who performed the body work deserves credit. Unfortunately, that was overshadowed by everything else. I eventually had to bring my vehicle back for warranty work, which again took far too long. While Gerber had my vehicle, it was moved outside of the shop and was subsequently hit by a hailstorm, resulting in approximately $7,800 in hail damage. I then had to file a claim with my own insurance company for damage that occurred while my vehicle was in Gerber’s possession. Gerber did pay my deductible, which I appreciate, but I believe they should have taken responsibility for the entire cost rather than requiring me to make a claim against my own insurance. Good repair work simply doesn’t make up for more than 10 weeks without my vehicle, poor communication, lengthy warranty work, and $7,800 in additional damage while the vehicle was in their care. I will not use Gerber Collision again.

Very satisfied with exception that my truck was not protected from hail storm. I live in evergreen and keep my truck covered. Management just said "too bad, not our problem " so I have truck repaired but still damaged and looking at another 6 weeks in shop.

Great, professional, fast service. The PDR is very impressive - my truck had around 100 dents from a recent hail storm, and after Gerber finished with it it looks brand new.
