Thank you for making the repair of my car near painless. We dropped the car off, left for a previously planned vacation & it was ready when we returned. The car was cleaner inside and outside than when we dropped it off so thank you very much. Actually, it was spotless.

Door is not a smooth open close

Communication was great or poor depending on who answered the phone. The door that was “fixed” opens and shuts clunkily. Theres chipped paint on the tailgate that was not chipped prior. The new trim on the door doesnt match, and I was told that I could use a detailing spray to help blend it, kind of weird that service is not already part of the repair
