They really tried awfully hard but were handicapped by some over-powering circumstances TOTALLY BEYOND THEIR CONTROL: 1. Mother Nature's major snow storm at wrong time 2. Supplier's inability to get a critical part 3. supplier's freight company first caught in snow situation w/critical part in Kansas City, second local truck driver getting stuck in local snow/ice situation further delaying delivery. Final result - we got extremely frustrated by delay in getting our car expected Thur/Fri of same week dropped off & actually received @end of following Wed's business day.
