The work is great, but when I first went to pick up there was still a dent in the door. Gerber kept the car an extra day and had the dent fixed the following day.

The team at Gerber Collision & Glass made this repair experience as smooth and easy as possible. This was my first auto body repair experience in more than two decades, and I was navigating an unusual liability situation with a corporate business entity, so I had a lot of questions about the process and what to do. They explained everything very patiently and thoroughly, got me in for an estimate quickly, and kept me regularly updated throughout the repair process. The repair itself looks great; you can’t tell my car was damaged at all. I’m very happy with the service and the results.

Initially was told the repair would take 5-7 business days. I picked the vehicle up on the 4th business day. Repair, bright, and shiny new looking. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the vehicle when I re-took possession. I live in the mountains of Colorado and keeping the inside of the vehicle clean during the winter months is an impossible chore. Gerber's staff cleaned the interior, washed all of the floor mats. I will definitely have Gerber Collision as a future reference for any body damage to a vehicle. Thanks to all who make the experience enjoyable.
