They were negligent and did not follow protocol for replacing wires in my car, resulting in the engine losing power at the slightest bump/gust of wind hitting the wires a certain way. I had to take my car to the dealership three days after I received it from a Gerber Auto and now I am going to have to try and get them to reimburse me for labor Toyota did to fix their mistake, which could have resulted in bodily damage, damage to my car, or my death. Please save your clients from having to go to a company with such an apparent lack of regard for human life.

No need to call. I had asked three times for a quote on a seat repair. Wanted to knock out this while already in the shop. After asking three times and was never given one I gave up. I would rather take it to someone that wants to do it. It means losing my car for another week but at least they are willing.
