All of the staff was amazing (wish every company had staff like this). Abby front desk always knew what was happening and got me connected with other staff to get the info needed. Elizabeth was fantastic. She quickly and accurately prepared the estimate and even pointed out damage i was not aware existed. Her pleasant and upbeat manner was refreshing, what a great team member. Robert, drove me to the rental facility. We had a good time chatting about the area, I just moved here. He filled me in on some things to see and do. I could not ask for a better experience. I hope I do not need collision services again, but if I do, Gerber is my only choice.
