When I went into the office I was greeted friendly and professional. I told Cindy what was going on with my car and she took care of it right away. She made sure what the problem was and ordered the part I needed while I was there. I am very happy with the repairs done to my car and the price was a lot better than what I was quoted at another garage.

After theyou called to say my car was ready I went to pick it up and noticed a lot of stuff wrong with their work, we circled every thing I seen and they told me it would be repaired the same day ... 2 days later I was called that it was ready went to pick it up and still tons of issues, I contacted my insurance to let them know Gerber would not be working on my car anymore I was taking it somewhere else , I took to 3 other shops to get estimates on fixing the problems Gerber left , the estimates range from 2600 to 3200, this is after it being released to me twice !!! Very poorly ran shop.
