I came back for a missing washer on the liftgate after noticing it. They oredered the part and They say that they will call me when the part arrives but after more than a week of no call, i finally called and scheduled an appointment. Today Nov 5, I have them installed the washer but they didnt do anything. The part was untouched bec there's no hand print on my car. I know bec my car is a little dusty and no hand prints or any sign of disassembly or assembly happened. They pretend to do ut inside the garage out of my eyesight. In summary I weant thete for nothing. I know nothing was installed. I'm not an idiot. Very dissatisfied. Waste of my time and i have to leave work early. Very unprofessional

Gerber collision and George including his staff went above and beyond any service that I received from any other body repair shop. I would sefinitately recommend them to others. I will definitely leave my entirety in my will upon my passing. Ha ha, just kidding. However, they provided excellent customer service and they finished it in a timely fashion. A healthy Christmas bonus for all staff is in order!
