Approval form for type of parts to be used was never given at time of initial start of repair. I was called and told of for after repair was started then told to come in and sign form. Also received email that car was ready, when I arrived i asked if all was checked thoroughly and answer given was yes. I proceeded to inspect and noticed that passenger door was not aligned correctly, it was so obvious all the person could say was if I had some time to wait while door was aligned properly. All this should have been done right in the first place. I will inspect further and I will have them honor my warranty but will never have any more work done there and Allstate will be told of my displeasure with Gerber.

I just want to say a big thanks to all. Although there was a slight glitch in the process the staff was very sincere and apologetic and set my mind at ease that they would hurry along the repairs and were done a day earlier than anticipated. I would highly recommend Gerber in the future!
