I don't feel an accurate assesment of the damage to my car was made. I feel this cause the delay in the completion of the work and contributes to vehical still not being repaired properly.

The staff is friendly and the office is well maintained. However I was extremely disappointed with not being kept informed about my car while in repair. I appreciated the text received and the expected completion datebut I would have also appreciated knowing gerber wasn't doing the work and they were depending on another company for the work and were unsure when it would be complete.
