Communication was great. Staff kept us updated and were very professional in every interaction. Mary at the front desk was always welcoming and made for a pleasant interaction, even when I had to make 2 trips back the day we dropped it off to retrieve items we forgot in the vehicle. Overall we are very satisfied with Gerber and let our insurance agent know to recommend Gerber in Munster for any customers that need a repair completed after an accident.
