After the vehicle was repaired, there were lights on the dashboard that weren’t there before the car went in for repair.Told the service manager about it said he would look at it. Left the car there overnight for them to look at it. After not hearing back, I called to check on the status. Allstate sent me a message saying that Gerber informed them that issue was not related and they would not cover any repairs. I would need to take it to the dealer or another repair facility and have them prove that the issue was related to their repair or the accident. The next day, after I had taken the car home, I was vacuuming and decided to take a cover that was above the bumper, that they replaced to see if I could see if I could find the problem. As I pulled a piece of trim off, I noticed that there were cables disconnected. After I connected those cables, my brake light started working again. In my opinion this was a very simple oversight that could’ve been fixed by Gerber however was not and more importantly causing a safety issue for me driving around without my brake lights.
