When I came to drop off my car, they had me in and out with an estimate and was so patient with all of my questions. When I came to pick up my car, it was the BEST it’s ever looked; better than when I got my car for the first time. The mechanics where so nice when I went to pick it up and helped me so much.

The lady at the desk offered me coffee and hot chocolate, when I went to make my hot chocolate.. she got up and explained how to use the machine to me. When I went to pick up my car, the mechanics where starting small talk with me and seemed genuinely enthusiastic to speak to me.

We were so pleased with the repairs made. It was great to be informed of the progress every couple of days and felt secure with the Communication. . The estimated time of completion was exactly as promised. Front desk was cordial and explained the process and the staff was so pleasant and helpful when I needed them. Car was ready and detailed and “clean as new” when I drove up to pick it up. Thank you Gerber for making an unpleasant situation pleasant!
