I came in for an estimate with no previous experience with Gerber. Kristy asked questions, took photos of the damage & told me she’d call me in 30-45 minutes with an estimate. As promised, I received the call quickly & the estimate was within my hopes & my budget; best of all the techs were able to get started that day. I received daily status texts & had our car back in 4 days! WOW, impressive & the car looked brand new again! My experience couldn’t have been any better & best of all my wife was happy, her car & I caused the damage. Thank you Gerber for going above & beyond & doing a great job for us!

A piece of my door window trim on the passengers side (the side that was worked on and repaired) was not properly installed by your technicians and fell off less than 2 days after picking up my vehicle. The clips mounting point or adhesives were not installed properly.

Vehicle came out in excellent condition and staff was helpful through whole process. Work on bumper, headlights, grill and hood done in a timely manner as well. Dropped off car on a Monday and picked it up on Friday.
