The convenience started with it being across the street from my neighborhood, but the service was spectacular. Everything was on time. And Christy was amazing including the Detailing she did for my car. This will be my go to place but hopefully I won't need it.

I was very satisfied with the service. Gerber kept me informed of my car's progress throughout my repair and even finished a week earlier then the initial quoted timeline. Since I couldn't pick the car up during normal business hours due to work, they allowed me to pick the car up on Saturday when they're usually closed.

In fact the whole team went above and beyond to make sure the work on my vehicle was completed ahead of time to accommodate a last minute work trip that came up . Super pleased with the repairs . 1) Everyone was very nice and excellent about explaining the process and enduring I didn't have any questions or concerns. 2) I really appreciate receiving status updates, so I knew how repairs were progressing. 3) My car wouldn't start (Murphy's Law). The gentleman that helped us not only jumped the car; but explained it's common when a car isn't used for a couple of weeks and also showed the charge level (full) on his device. Honestly, it was a great experience. My car looks fabulous; everyone was very nice and it was positive, all the way. I hope no one I knew needs repairs; but, I definitely will recommend Gerber!! Thank you

The person who gave my estimate was great... The girl who sits in the front of the store was very helpful... My problem was: No one went outside and went over the paint with me... maybe a few do's and don'ts would have been great. We did this and that. So are you happy with the paint job. .. the girl up front told me not to wash it for 30 days. Just saing...

I have a few runs in the paint. 2 drip collection points on bottom of hood. These are things I see… but not noticeable if your not looking but there there.

People were great… Receptionists was very great… when I pick up my truck… I was handed my keys… no one explained what to do or not to do with the care… do I wash it??? No one walked out to over the job… nothing… very disappointed . No drop box for keys
