Again, the guy from the beginning ruined the experience for me.

The work done was expected. The automated texts helped prevent me from calling in. The reason I gave a 3 is because the male I dealt with at the beginning and the end. He was the rudest, least helpful person at a business I have encountered in years. If the repairs were for my personal car, I would have gone somewhere else and if I need body work in the future for a personal car, i will NOT go here. The lady was really nice and helpful.

Again, the main who initially worked on my repair was: rude, not helpful, and almost seemed like I was bothering him by bringing in my car for repairs. Even considering my company had already approved the work. So it was guaranteed revenue for the business. He was awful.

Fyi--it's Lombardi Very satisfied with entire interaction and work performed. Y'all even shined it up & cleaned windows!! And somehow got the nasty "old lady perfume" smell out! Yay!!
