Your team went beyond the call of duty by addressing a concern I had with resetting a setting with my tire and cleaned the matts which was littered with grass. Also Molly? suggested the type of Matt's that would alleviate my grassy problem. Excellent work as far as I can see on the repair job and was guaranteed the work as long as I have my vehicle. They were expeditious as well in delivery the vehicle to me after a day's work. Thank you again team and I will recommend your work to everyone I know.

What was supposed to take four days to fix wind up taking 31 days. I was lied to and kept giving getting the runaround that the parts were not in even if that is true when the part did come in, there was no one who was qualified to fix it at the center I had to wait for someone to come from another place to do it I wanted to come pick up my car and they told me that they could not give it to me because it wasn’t safe to drive I was basically at the point of threatening them to come and pick it up

My car had paint chips that were not there when I brought it and the new part that was supposed to be freshly painted had a bunch of pin holes initially. Left it there to be fixed and the job was only slightly better when I decided to just take it home.

I don’t know if it is Gerber or the car insurance that I have had to go through, but repairs weren’t complete and I was left with an unsafe vehicle

We had the car towed from Gerber to a trusted mechanic. The mechanic found a broken control arm that was intact prior to the collision. Also, my front passenger headlight has condensation in there, and the light is not working. That was the side of impact. The bumper was repaired, but the light above the bumper is not functioning, and there is condensation inside of the light.
