I am very dissatisfied with the service that I received. My car is in worse shape after being at your shop for almost 4 weeks than it was when I brought it there. This was my first experience with an insurance claim and your body shop and I have had a terrible experience. I feel the team was not professional. I feel Andrew had a really bad attitude towards me the whole time and every issue i brought to his attention he tried to explain it away because im a woman alone at a body shop. My car was not fixed when it was promised to me. The damage on my car was not fixed and I am left with a vehicle that shakes and pulls hard to the right while driving and that is an issue I didn’t have before bringing it to your shop.Andrew told me my car is pulling because of the slope of michigan roads. I had just bought a brand new set of tires and got a free alignment at the time of purchase (August2025) so i KNOW what my car is supposed to drive like & i KNOW when something isnt right. I now also have interior damage like my interior door handle being broken off, the buttons on my stereo are peeling because of the corrosive cleaner you use to detail my car when no one should’ve detailed my car when it was there for body damage. I feel my car was driven for reasons other than a test drive because clearly the test drive wouldn’t have passed with the shaking and pulling that I have in the front end STILL. I feel my car was rummaged through by the detailer and the then detailed to hide any signs of that. The communication at this shop is terrible, i had to call and ask for updates rather than being updated along the way. It took them 3 days to get my sensor calibrated after the date they promised my car would be ready. I have been more than patient and kind with all of your staff only to be treated like i am the problem and trying to get free work. I dont want free work, my insurance company paid for the repairs, the least you can do is make it right by fixing what you broke and fixing what you were paid to do.
