The new service manager (Mike- in Newaygo) is not nearly as friendly as the previous one (Jason Brookhouse) the secretary in newaygo is wonderful as well!! I am happy with the work that's done but spending a lot of money there and it would be nice to get a simple hello from Mike. Thanks

Thanks it looked to good..thank you for trying to get the scratch off the other side,if ford did a better job of putting paint on you could have done a better job but it looks a lot better than it did...thanks
