Was mainly frustrated that when we called we kept being told end of the week or end of the day the car will be done, but it ending up being longer. I rented a car for a week based on this and was out of car for an extra four days because I had to return the rental and my car still wasn’t done by the end of the week like she said. We just feel like better wording could have been done instead of creating false hopes.
