Employee's were very professional, extremely courteous and strong listeners. When the insurance adjuster dropped the ball on car rental Gerber stepped up and assured it was handled. Quality work all around My truck looks awesome and workmanship was perfect.

The original fix looks good, but there was a wind noise in the door. After Gerber had the car back to fix the wind noise (nearly a month without a rental) they gave it back and said the noise was fixed. The noise is not fixed. Unfortunately we will be bringing it back in. I’m also looking into whether insurance will let us bring it elsewhere.
