Absolute disaster! You got paid up front by insurance and literally did nothing to my vehicle for 2 months! I got the runaround about parts being ordered, yet you had no clue what was wrong with it. It never made it into your shop and sat idle in the parking lot. You even lost the keys, which I found under a seat in my car. You claimed to have ordered the same part from 4 different suppliers, yet you hadn’t diagnosed what parts it needed. Your newaygo shop needs major improvement.
