Gerber Collision provided excellent customer service throughout the repair process. Zack was especially helpful and kept us consistently informed with regular updates on the progress of the repairs. Although the repairs took longer than we initially expected, the communication throughout the process made the wait much easier and kept us informed about what was happening. The car looks as good as new, and we are very happy with the quality of the work. Overall, Gerber Collision did a great job, and I would definitely recommend them for their excellent customer service, communication, and quality of repairs.

The entire staff is super friendly and helpful to work with especially Christie, T, and Jeremy. They made the day happen with ease and were very accommodating when my Hertz rental fell through at the last minute. They didn’t blink an eye and simply said, we got you. My truck looks awesome. I had work done in addition to my insurance claim and Gerber’s pricing for all of it was very competitive and very reasonable. I had had the other work priced at a different shop and the other shop was twice the price. I would definitely refer anyone needing repairs to Gerber and this staff.
