I don't remember his name, but the gentleman that looked at my passenger headlight and my passenger front door clicking when you opened and closed it took very very good and immediate care about my car issues! Friendly and professional. The only surprise was how long it took. Either we misunderstood the timeline or it took twice as long than what they said. The claim was covering a rental, so in the end it didn't matter and wouldn't change that satisfied rating.
