I had an excellent experience! Mike was wonderful to work with. He was very thorough and explained everything that was going to be done to my vehicle. They were very accommodating and kept me up to date on the status of repair when they were completing repairs on my vehicle. From what I can, see the repair looks great! I really appreciated getting a clean car back and in such a short time frame. The repairs were excellent, and would have been enough. Your service and attention to detail was amazing. I was not expecting the car to be cleaned out, but was pleasantly surprised. If that was not enough, I had recently picked up some straw for my dog's bedding and the remnants of the bale was in the trunk. This was cleaned out and the trunk was spotless as well. I cannot say enough for the work your people did and the way your staff kept us up to date on the progress. Thank you so much for your proffessionalism and attention to detail regarding customer service. I am now a Gerber Collision customer for life and will happily recommend anyone get their repairs done here and not even consider other shops. Thanks again!
