I was told by the body shop, after replacing one damaged tire and wheel, that my other 3 tires were fine and didn’t also need replaced (at the risk of damaging my AWD). When I took the car in for the oil change two days after picking it up from Gerber, I was told all three tires needed replaced to match the new one as the remaining 3 had very low tread. The dealership provided pictures and measurements proving how low the 3 remaining tires were in tread depth. Those missed by Gerber, even after I specifically asked about it. Now I have to get another estimate from a mechanic to turn in to my insurance claim.

They were so good to inform me about how long it would take and when it would be finished. They helped me get the rental car and took care of seeing that company was told when it would be ready to be picked up. AND when I got my car it looked like a new one. They are great.

Zach was amazing, I really appreciated the constant updates about my car because I then did not have to stress about and wondering where my car was in the repair steps. I also really enjoyed the lady up front working at the desks, she has a great presence and is very personable.
