Zach was amazing, I really appreciated the constant updates about my car because I then did not have to stress about and wondering where my car was in the repair steps. I also really enjoyed the lady up front working at the desks, she has a great presence and is very personable.

Tech was a tad edgy when I asked for a best guess time frame for repairs, well knowing he could not commit to a specific date. Almost seemed offended I asked but was simply trying to plan within a general timeframe. Seemed to have a script he stuck to. Nothing major just robotic in the response. Otherwise the communication throughout the process was outstanding.
