This is my second time coming to this Gerber Collision location. I was so impressed the first time that I requested through my insurance to come back again. The work they do is far superior to other collision shops in the area. The customer service is unbeatable (Char is amazing). They are excellent communicators and I receive updates on repairs almost daily. My car is so clean and polished when the repairs are completed that it looks like I drove it straight from the lot at the dealership. It is such a relief to know that when accidents happen, I have a reliable shop that will take care of me. Thank you!
