I have it back now and it’s still not working properly and I will have to bring it back in again for a second time. The sensor calibrater person obviously doesn’t know enough to get the job right before the customer picks up their supposedly fixed vehicle you all have been working on for seven weeks.

I was emailed many times about completion dates that I found dout were not the case. Each time led to another and another, I lost track of how many times this happened. I had to bring my car back in today to get the sensors calibrated. I asked about the parking assist sensors and was told I would have to come back in again another day to get it fixed. I feel like I’m working a part time job just checking up and taking this car to your shop. I decided to use Gerber because I had good work done there in the past, but that has changed. I think the sensor calibration person there needs more training.
