After all work was done they also informed me of something that needed attention. I had taken my vehicle to other shops specifically for a “noise” and other shops couldn’t find it. The work is excellent and it was very fast.

Ended up paying $589 for a minor bumper repair. You "negotiated" with the insurance company on our behalf and then ended up charging us the difference. We were warned not to go to you and people were right. I not only wouldn't recommend you, I will go out of my way to let people know about our experience. The one positive is that you made the insurance company look good.

You guys are terrible. Helping with the insurance company? Not really. It was a small problem with the car, you did unnecessary tests etc. I have talked to and showed the receipt to two different mechanics and both of them said we got ripped off!

I couldn’t be happier with the work done on my vehicle! The entire repair process was handled professionally, and the quality of the work is outstanding. The new bumper looks absolutely perfect, and honestly, I can’t even tell that it was replaced. It looks like the car was never in an accident. I really appreciate all the help, communication, and attention to detail throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this auto body shop to anyone needing repairs!

I gave an 8 because when I dropped my vehicle off I pointed out the scratches in the hood from the deer. I was told that'd be taken care of, but when I got the car back, the scratches are still visible

I just realized that my left running light is out. I didn't notice before because you can't really see that from the driver's seat. I have also noticed a dent that appears to have been painted over, but should have been fixed before painting.
