Communication was pretty consistent throughout the 1.5 months my vehicle was with them. Parts availability held us up quite a bit, which led to multiple calls saying the parts will be in one day, then not having them for days or weeks later. I dont feel this is fault of the bodyshop. The work performed here, and all the employees I dealt with (aside from 1 tech who lied to my face about not touching a certain area of my vehicle, yet a sensor was unplugged leaving features not working) were great. Have used Bokmans in the past for repairs, and will continue to use them in the future. Any warrenty issues have been repaired almost immediately, all paint and body work has been great and anything mechanical is functioning like its new.
