Drop off was easy. The staff were friendly and polite. They assisted by calling Enterprise to ensure my rental car was coming to pick me up. They also kept me updated through the entire process via text and email. Great service, and I would recommend them to anybody who needs deer damage repairs!

I don't know if it was intended, but it looked like ½ or less of my car was detailed. It looked as if my dash had been cleaned and there was a floor protector and seemed to be vacuumed underneath it. The whole front and driver's side appeared to have been washed. However, because some was cleaned it made all the rest look super dirty including the back of the car and the sticky cup holder between the seats. I'm not sure if detailing is part of the collision repair but by doing some made the rest of the vehicle really look bad. It's either none of it should have been done or all of it.~shrug~
