The amount of "orange peel" in the paint job is surprising but not as surprising as the 3 terribly obvious runs in the paint on the tailgate. I find it hard to believe these flaws weren't caught by internal inspection or QA after the work was performed. The right bedside is still noticeably out of alignment and appears it wasnt even addressed despite my pointing it out during the walk around when I dropped it off. Also, the soft-close piston for my tailgate was never replaced as well, again, despite it being noted during the initial walk around. All that, coupled with the mold stains/smell all over my interior from the (accident-related) leaking 3rd brake light & dirty footprints on my back seat left me pretty disappointed and unimpressed. I'm reluctant to have it brought back in for correction as I feel any shop that gives their customer obviously flawed work, surely won't do better a second time. I'd be lying if I gave a high rating for the quality of work. I will say that the staff (mostly Brian) was very polite & cordial, & any calls were promptly returned & questions were answered. Im discussing with my insurance provider the proper plan of action to remedy these issues.

They called me multiple times to update me on my vehicle! They were so kind each time. I have a brand new car so parts had a chance to be delayed and they didn’t take my car till all parts were in which was nice! They are amazing people and do stunning work!
