They really helped me I work a 9-5 job and they allowed me to come in during after hours to pick up my stuff out of my car. They also ordered me a new decal for my car when it was taken off. They kept me updated and did the repairs in an orderly fashion. This Gerber collision made my ultimate inconvenience into a slight inconvenience because of there care and attention to detail. Great communication and although there were delays, not their fault. I gave them a 9 because I picked up my car and the battery was dead. Had to take it to another shop the next day to have that replaced.
