Given our experience with repairs to two cars in the last 3 months I will not be back nor recommend Gerber.

Repair was done incorrectly. No one is checking the work. The mistake made was very apparent if they had taken the time to compare the driver side to the passenger side. They also said they would detail the car. The car was rinsed...no detail work was done. Detailing the car is not something I would have expected but if you say you are going to do it...then do it! When I took the car to have them fix the mistake, they said they rewashed the car but the red marker they used to identify prior scratches or dings was still partially on the car!

Communication was not good Had to submit forms and documentation multiple times, which was lost Olean Customer Service Specialist did not meet promised conditions and date of appointment. Office lost my estimate - thankfully I kept a copy.
