While there were some hiccups in the beginning, the rest of my experience with the location was good. I was there as they appraised my vehicle and informed me of what they were going to be doing. They kept me updated and informed of what was going on with my vehicle and even answered questions that I had when it was being repaired. The only issue was quickly resolved because of a part no longer in production and a replacement was quickly found. (Which I think my vehicle looks a lot sharper than before the accident) I would recommend this location and plan on doing business with this location in the future if I need repairs.

There was not transparency in getting a part replaced. The part was not fixed. Getting someone to call me back was challenging despite the fact I was understanding until the very last call

Same reason. They don't return calls. Day they will be calling to give you an update on the vehicle but don't. I was told a few times it would be ready ahead of time but was not . I found out ONLY because I got a notification on my GMC app that a hole in one of my tires happened after being at the shop for a few weeks . They plugged it but didn't tell me. I asked about the notice on my app about the tire being low

Melissa is great asset to Gerber, Olean NY. When I called about my truck repair on the phone, she was understanding and organized. Even though I was frustrated at having been hit, she listened calmly and made my app’t. for an estimate. Your employee Brit was congenial and informative as he checked the damage to my truck. He reassured me that parts would be available and the damage was fixable. Melissa called to say it was all complete and I could pick it up. It was the best surprise to see that my truck was detailed and was shining. The new bumper and side panel match very well. I’m grateful for such professional and high-quality service! Gerber in Olean NY is very organized. Brit and Melissa are both knowledgeable and helpful. My truck looks almost new though it’s 10 years old. To my eyes the workmanship looks great!
