They ALL did an EXCELLENT job helping me through this claim process. All staff was EXTREMELY helpful and informative. They were VERY accommodating. Also to top it off the interior of my car is the cleanest it's ever been. SUPER IMPRESSIVE as I did NOT expect my interior to be cleaned. Jen was very nice and kept me updated the whole time and explained everything. I was very comfortable and well taken care of. I felt like my car really mattered to them. The staff is very caring. I will definitely be recommending Gerber to everyone!! I will be excited to use them again!!
