I gave the rating 10 because the work was great and Mark was fantastic, very professional, everything he said was on point and very honest. It looks as though they took great care of my vehicle while it was in their possession. Would highly recommend. I had an auto repair guy, however I think should I need collision repair in the future, Mark will be my guy moving forward.

Front office gal, I can't recall her name was fantastic as well. I got there late afternoon to pick up my vehicle, very end of the day on Friday, she was heading out the door bags I tow, she didn't hesitate for a second to put everything down and go back behind the counter to get me checked out and on my way. Definitely above and beyond customer service.

The Gerber Team at 4212 S. 133rd St. in Omaha, NE were amazing. From the Receptionist at the front counter to Marc Alvarado the Estimator the Fred Buchheister the Painter!!! They helped us every step of the way from Rental Car pickup / drop off to navigating through some difficult insurance company issues. I will recommend this Gerber location to anyone I know!!! Great Job!!!
