From Gage & Steven handling the logistics by offering pick up and delivery of my car, to Jessi's patience and assistance with my documents, to Matt's thorough and regular (every other day!) communication - my experience couldn't have been better. When I got hit. My first thought was. Oh no! What nightmare will be this. Gerber and USAA work together to get me in and fix right on the same day of the accident. Next thing I was relieved and had no concerns because with that too had a vehicle to continue my life as always. One week past I was treated as royalty. Daily information through text was kept informed. Best experience ever, easy and very much professional. I give you. 100% on your work repairs job.
