It wasn't completely fixed when I picked it up. Now I need to bring it back in to be finished. Kind of a hassle. The inside was totally dirty. Sanding dust everywhere. I had to clean it for 45 minutes when I got home. Maybe I'm being picky but I think it should be at least as clean as it was when I brought it in. On a positive note, the text updates are nice. The people are friendly.

Body work and painting is exceptional. Staff is friendly and easy to contact. Customer service was just a bit lacking. I feel like the customer should not need to initiate status updates on repairs, especially when the car is going to still be worked on over a 3 day weekend. I will return to gerber because they do exceptional work, but I will know not to expect a timeline for repairs.
