Gerber staff kept me informed on a daily basis about the progress of the repair on my vehicle. I was given a time estimate. The repair was done days ahead of time. Staff was polite and kind. They coordinated my rental car and made drop off and pick up convenient. They even stayed a few minutes late so that I could retrieve my garage door opener.

Two passenger doors replaced in the accident. Took car to shop on Wednesday at noon. Picked the car up and it was finished 6 days later. Cycle time was outstanding by the shop. Gerber is an excellent shop and one of State Farm’s Select Service shops. Very satisfied! Highly recommend!

Everyone at Gerber was so friendly and helpful. They gave consistent updates so I always knew the progress of the repair. I live out of state from where the accident happened and had a slight time crunch for when I could return to pick my vehicle up. But the repair was done perfectly on time so that I could take it back home. It was actually finished a day early. Great people, great work, great customer service!
