Being in business for over 44 years, I have learned that the most important thing a person in business can do, is to clearly understand the Customers needs. Then make sure you complete that assignment. The next, is to ââ Follow Through, and Quality Control... making sure that when you tell the Customerâs car has been completed, that when they arrive, they donât have to wait for something that didnât get finished... Very, very satisfied with the work done. It turned out to be a lot more than expected but I still got my car back a week earlier! I loved that the tech came out and made sure I was satisfied and I also really appreciated the text updates. My only complaint is one receptionist (not sure who) who was vague and short with me when I called concerned about the cost going up almost $2,000. Insurance was covering it so it was fine - I just wanted to know what they had found or if they could send me some info on what they were planning to repair. Anyway, despite that - still very sarisfied. Thanks!

I appreciated the text Communications but, in the end, they were not accurate and didnât explain the delays in the ultimate completion of the job. This resulted in my having to alter out of town trips based on the stated completion date and I had to phone Gerberâs to find out what was happening.
